Ensure that email-id must be valid and functional and there is no scope for changing PAN No., Mobile No., and Email Id in future.
Applicant should mention his/her correct PAN No. The application form without this information shall be considered incomplete and is liable to be rejected (please refer to point (1) of other general conditions of broucher).
