Applicant should mention his/her correct PAN No. The application form without this information shall be considered incomplete and is liable to be rejected (please refer to point (1) of other general conditions of broucher).
Mobile no. and email should be correct and all the future communication will be done on the provided mobile no. and email id only. DDA will not be liable for any wrong information provided.

यह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि ई-मेल आई.डी. वैध हो और काम कर रही हो । भविष्य में पैन नंबर, मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी बदलने की कोई गुंजाइश नहीं है।
आवेदक को अपने सही पैन नंबर का उल्लेख करना चाहिए। इस जानकारी के बिना आवेदन पत्र को अधूरा माना जाएगा और इसे अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा (कृपया ब्रोचर की अन्य सामान्य स्थितियों के बिंदु (1) को देखें)।
मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल सही होना चाहिए और भविष्य के सभी संचार प्रदान किए गए मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी पर ही किए जाएंगे। प्रदान की गई किसी भी गलत जानकारी के लिए डीडीए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
