Clarifcation for applicabilty of Surcharge

• 1. With respect to applicability of Surcharge on the flats given at Annexure ‘A’ of the Brochure, it is clarified that:

• a. Tentative cost of Flats Mentioned at Sr. No. 6 is inclusive of 20% Surcharge.

  b. Tentative cost of Flats Mentioned at Sr. No. 4 and 13 contains No Surcharge.

• 2. It is further clarified that there is no change in the tentative disposal cost mentioned at the Annexure ‘A’ of the Brochure.

• 3. Rest of the Terms and Conditions/ content of Housing Scheme 2021 Brochure will remain unchanged.
